Samsung to release Windows 8 PCs in 2012

November 9, 2011 By kunal Leave a Comment

At the Slate PC Series 7 event in South Korea today, Samsung spilled some details on the upcoming Windows 8 tablets. According to Uhm Kyu Ho, head of sales and marketing of PC business, Samsung will launch a modified version of Series 7 device to run Windows 8 OS. The said device is expected to be available in the second half of next year.

Samsung says Series 7 tablets are targeted towards business customers and it shouldn’t be a surprise if Samsung goes for the same set of crowd with the new OS.
