Samsung today announced this year’s winner of its Young Design competition in Italy. It’s the fifth year of its existence and this year’s theme for designers was “New Electronics for New Families.” Walking away with a 15,000 euro cash prize is Flick It that combines the ubiquity of Post-It notes along with the ability to record audio or draw a graphic. The jury reckoned this gadget stood apart from the rest of the designs in terms of innovation and completeness.
The next year’s theme for the competition will be Electronics and Urban Mobility.
