Samsung’s filing of a preliminary injunction against iPhone 4S in France has been denied. French court today rejected an injunction request which claimed that iPhone 4S copied elements from Samsung’s Galaxy line.
The French court also ordered Samsung to pay 100,000 euros to Apple as legal fees.
Samsung had also filed similar lawsuit against iPhone 4S in Italy which the court turned down and Japan and Australia.
