Samsung Mandel Windows Phone tipped to feature 4G LTE support

December 29, 2011 By kunal Leave a Comment

Samsung is preparing a new device that will run a “pre-Tango version of Windows Phone.” The “pre-Tango” will apparently be an early-build of the Tango OS, which is scheduled to take place of the current Mango Windows Phone operating system.

According to the Verge, the phone is codenamed Mandel and will support 4G LTE for faster internet surfing and a large screen that will be bigger than the Samsung Focus S.

Expected unveiling should be during the Mobile World Congress in February.
