Samsung has announced a new Android handset for AT&T customers. Built for rough use, the Rugby Smart will arrive on AT&T from March 4 for just $99.99. Samsung claims Rugby Smart is dust proof, can survive in 1m water depth for up to 30 minutes and can bear extreme temperatures.
As for the specs, the phone runs on Android 2.3 and features HSPA+ support, 3.7-inch Super AMOLED display, 5MP camera, 720p HD video recording, 1.3MP front-facing camera, flashlight, microSD card slot and 1650mAh battery.
