Samsung today announced their Series 5 Ultrabook range for the Indian market. These new notebooks are portable in size but does not compromise on the performance. Coming in 13-inch and 14-inch LCD options, the Series 5 Ultrabooks are powered by Intel’s Core i5 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, up to 1TB and 16GB iSSD combo or up to 256GB SSD and AMD Radeon HD7550M 1GB GPU.
Moreover, both the ultrabooks sports a display resolution of 1366×768 pixels with brightness of 300nits, HDMI port, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 4-in-1 card reader and DVD drive (14-inch model only). The devices are also equipped with Battery Life Plus technology that ensures longevity of the battery and holds up to 80 percent of the cell’s original capacity for 1,500 charging cycles.
The 13-inch and 14-inch Ultrabooks are priced at Rs. 48,990 and Rs. 54,390 respectively.
