Samsung has enabled premium SMS billing option for Samsung Apps users on Android OS in South Africa. In addition to credit card, consumers now have an option to buy paid apps via SMS, which when selected, will confirm the purchase via SMS and will charge it to user’s monthly phone bill or deduct from the account balance in case of a prepaid connection.
The premium SMS Billing option will work with MTN, Vodacom and Cell C networks.
