UPDATE 2: German pricing for Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1). The 16GB Wi-Fi+3G variant will sell for 569 euros whereas the Wi-Fi version will sell for 499 euros.
UPDATE: Samsung Netherlands has confirmed pricing and availability of the tablet. It will be available from second quarter of 2012 for 399 euros for Wi-Fi variant and 499 euros for Wi-Fi+3G.
Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy Tab that was leaked few hours ago. It’s the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1-inch and just like the Galaxy Tab 2 7-inch, the tablet will be launched in March starting from UK. As for the specs, the tablet is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and runs Android 4.0 OS.
As for other specs, it has a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280×800) PLS TFT, 3MP rear-facing camera, VGA front-facing camera, full HD video playback and 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HSPA+ support, A-GPS, 16 or32GB internal memory, microSD card slot up to 32GB and 7000mAh battery.
The 9.7mm tablet is loaded with Samsung software like Readers Hub, Music, Hub, Game Hub, Social Hub, ChatON messaging service, S Suggest app recommendation service, Kies Air, AllShare Play and more.
