Samsung Galaxy S III to sport full HD display, 1.5GHz quad-core CPU?

More alleged specs of Galaxy S III have trickled out. After the last update couple of days back, BGR is now reporting that the upcoming Galaxy S flagship phone will boast a 1.5GHz quad-core Exynos processor. While the processor is fine since it will go head to head with the competition, Samsung will try to one up in the display department by integrating a 4.8-inch display supporting 1080p full HD resolution.

Additional specs reported are an 8MP and 2MP camera, ceramic case, 4G LTE and Android 4.0 onboard.

Needless to say, if the specs turn out to be true, we’re looking at a really powerful and the probably the best Android device of this year.

i think Samsung will still use thin design, so the battery should probably only 2000mAH at max.
i just hope it use 32nm chip
