Canada-based Sensio Technologies has entered into a patent licensing agreement with Samsung. While the financial details are kept confidential, the agreement will allow Samsung to integrate Sensio’s S2D Swtich in its 3D TVs.
We value our relationship with SENSIO Technologies and respect its intellectual property. This agreement will allow Samsung to continue using the patented technology developed by SENSIO for the benefit of consumers who buy our 3D enabled televisions around the world.
The Sensio S2D Switch will allow users to switch the viewing mode from 3D to 2D or to different 3D modes.
