Samsung has announced that their new breed of Smart TVs have been certified by European certification authority TUV Rheinland. ES8000, ES7500 and ES7000 series TVs were tested against picture quality, brightness, contrast ratio and bunch of Smart TV features like apps, web browser etc.
The TVs were certified with the ‘Smart TV Advanced’ certificate due to additional features like voice, face and motion recognition.
Founded in 1872 in Germany, TUV Rheiland has been certifying products for their safety as well as quality.
