Samsung’s chairman, Lee Kun-hee was slapped with lawsuits related to inheritance in the last couple of months. Now, Lee Kun-hee has confirmed that he’ll “not give a penny” since his late father settled this matter years ago.

“The inheritance issue has already been settled by the late group founder, and everyone was given a share…for now, I will not give up a penny. I will appeal the case to the Supreme Court or even to the Constitutional Court if necessary.”

Lee has been accused to conceal a large amount of group stock that were in a trust formed by the Samsung founder and transferred them under his own name.

Lee Kun-hee is being sued by his brother, sister and his nephew’s family demanding cash and stock in Samsung subsidiaries.
