Video: S Voice APK leaks, along with other Galaxy S III goodies

UPDATE: Looks like Samsung has blocked access to S Voice on unauthorized devices. However, if you want to make it work, you’ll have to edit BUILD.PROP in your device by changing the device model number to GT-I9300. More details here.

Samsung’s S Voice that was announced with the Galaxy S III earlier this month has been leaked on the interweb. The APK file posted on the XDA-Developers forum will give access to use Samsung’s version of virtual assistant on any device, provided it runs Ice Cream Sandwich and is rooted.

I tried the S Voice on the Galaxy S II (I9100) and though the app is aesthetically pleasing, the app throws “Force Close” errors occasionally and has some issue picking up the right words. Check out a short video of Galaxy S II running S Voice.

Furthermore, an XDA user also posted some more goodies like apps and widgets from the Galaxy S III apps bag and can be downloaded at the site thread below.

    ported in sgs2 rooted but fc all the time. however looks promising and more beatiful than siri
