Samsung currently has two variants of Galaxy S III – one with a 1.4GHz Exynos quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM and the other with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.5GHz dual-core CPU and 2GB RAM.
However, it seems Samsung will fuse both the variants to create a powerhouse for the SK Telecom in South Korea. According to a leaked spec sheet of the SHV-E210S model will feature 1.4GHz Exynos 4412 quad-core chip along with 2GB of RAM. The additional RAM could be due to the inclusion of T-DMB as another Galaxy S III variant (SHW-M440S) is compared side-by-side and it does not support T-DMB.
