Apple’s intention to temporarily block the U.S. Galaxy S III launch has gone for a toss as Judge Lucy Koh has confirmed that the push to have Galaxy S III in the same preliminary injunction request will “overload her calendar” and will most likely delay the trial for other Galaxy devices.
Apple can request a new hearing date for the Galaxy S III but that wouldn’t be any time before the phone’s launch date.
