Samsung’s request to stay Galaxy Tab 10.1 injunction denied

July 3, 2012 By kunal 1 Comment

Sales of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the United States will remain prohibited as U.S. District Court Judge Lucy Koh yesterday denied to lift the sales ban on the tablet. Samsung requested to stay the injunction till the resolution of the appeal.

However, all is not all lost for Samsung as they’ve also appealed to lift the injunction to the Federals Appeals Court.

Judge Lucy Koh last week granted an injunction against Samsung’s tablet after finding it to infringe one of Apple’s design patents.
