Samsung releases Readers Hub 2.0 sans Kobo service

Readers Hub 2.0

 

As expected, Samsung has released a new Readers Hub version without the Kobo e-book service. Compatible with Galaxy S III for now, the Readers Hub 2.0 supports Samsung’s e-book service and Press Display for newspapers and Zinio for magazines.

One word of caution is that the app doesn’t work on rooted devices.

The app is downloadable for free from Samsung App store.

Users who wish to use Kobo e-books can download the free Kobo app from the Play Store.
