Galaxy Note 2 has been rumored to feature a larger display than the original Galaxy Note but Korea IT Times reports the upcoming phablet’s display will be special, in addition to the size. Apparently, the Galaxy Note 2 expected to be unveiled later this month at IFA will sport a flexible display that will use Unbreakable Plane (UBP) and plastic substrate that will help to reduce the panel thickness by 0.4mm.
Samsung maintained their position to ship flexible displays later this year so it wouldn’t be surprising to see it being integrated in Samsung’s latest smartphone-tablet hybrid.
