Samsung and Apple last week completed their testimonies in the ongoing trial in US. Now the word from Reuters comes that CEO from both the companies will have a telephonic conversation today to discuss the case and possibly settle it.
The outcome of the conversation will be reported back to Judge Lucy Koh who is “pathologically optimistic” that both companies can settle it amicably.
Jury deliberations are expected to start from tomorrow.
