US Cellular has expanded its Android smartphone lineup with Samsung’s Galaxy Metrix 4G. The Android 2.3 running phone features 4G LTE for faster surfing speed and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard for chatting or texting.
Moreover, the phone comes with 1GHz CPU, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 5MP camera with LED flash, Wi-Fi, Allshare Play support, microSD card slot and talk time slated to last up to 7 hours. The phone also comes pre-loaded with Amazon apps like Kindle, App Store, Shopping, MP3.
The phone is now available online for $179.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate or for $129.99 where 4G LTE service is currently available.
