Samsung is strengthening its B2B display market with the addition two new displays. The UD22B is a 1:1 LED square 21.6-inch display that according to Samsung gives marketers a lot of potential to create visual experiences. Marketers can hook up to 100 displays simultaneously, making it work like one huge display that has a thin 5.5mm bezel-bezel measurement. The UD22B also reduces power consumption by up to 30 percent.
Samsung will also launch its 22-inch NL22B transparent display that Samsung has been showcasing for past few months. Compared to competitive transparent displays, Samsung says this display provides a transmittance rate of more than 15 percent. Samsung will sell the display as a stand-alone unit, a 22-inch kit for wall installation or as an all-in-one showcase that will include the display, integrated PC, speakers, LED bar and protective glass.
Samsung will showcase both the displays at IFA later this week.
