Samsung has made its intentions clear regarding the lawsuit against the iPhone 5. In a court filing Samsung says they “anticipate” to file a patent infringement against Apple’s iPhone 5. The decision is not certain due to the fact that Samsung is basing its claim on the “information currently available” and haven’t taken a direct look at the new iPhone.
Samsung further says that it’s due to the “aggressive” legal stance of Apple, they’ve to retaliate with steps to protect their own intellectual property rights.
Go for it Samsung… sue back that d*amn fruit company!!!
