Samsung Intros New LED Lighting Products

Samsung has expanded its range of LED lighting products with the introduction of 4 LED bulbs and 4 MR16 lamps. LED lights are generally brighter than conventional lights and helps to decrease power consumption, which in Samsung’s case is power efficient by 80 percent and has a replacement cycle of up to 13 years (usage of 3 hours/day).

According to a McKinsey report, the LED lighting market is expected to reach up to 41 percent by 2016.
