Apple Gets A Stay On Sales Ban In South Korea

October 11, 2012 By kunal Leave a Comment

Apple has managed to get a stay order on the sales ban that was ordered by the South Korean court in August. Apple’s request to delay the ban was accepted last month and will be in effect until Apple’s appeal. There’s no word if Samsung has applied for a similar stay order on their products.

Back in August, Seoul-based court concluded that both Samsung and Apple infringe on some patents and imposed a sales ban on their products like Galaxy S, Galaxy S II, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Tab 10.1, iPhone 4 and iPad 2.
