The ARM-based Chromebook introduced yesterday is Wi-Fi-only but if you’re looking for a 3G variant, Samsung and Google have got you covered. In addition to the $249 Chromebook, Samsung will also introduce a 3G variant for $329.99 wherein users will get Verizon’s 3G WWAN for 2 years limited to up to 100MB per month.
This Chromebook comes with similar specs as the non-3G Chromebook version like 1.7GHz Exynos 5 Dual, 11.6-inch 1366×768 display, 2GB RAM, 16GB SSD, Wi-Fi, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, 3-in-1 card reader, VGA camera and 4080mAh battery giving up to 6.5 hours of battery life.
PS: Amazon has listedthe product with 1.7GHz Exynos 4210 processor, which is most likely a typo.
