Apple Ordered To Change The “Untrue” Samsung Statement On UK Website

November 1, 2012 By kunal 2 Comments

Apple’s statement on the UK website that claimed Samsung did copy iPad design hasn’t impressed the UK court judges. The judges claim the notice posted on the website is “untrue” and “incorrect” and gave an impression that Samsung was still in the wrong despite being cleared by the UK court.

Judge Robin Jacob reckons it as a “plain breach of order” and has ordered Apple to rectify the statement within 48 hours to be seen on the homepage and using an 11-point font.
