The truce between Apple and HTC recently gave hopes of Apple of ending the legal spat between the iPhone maker and Samsung. However, this won’t be the case, according to Samsung Mobile’s head JK Shin. Shin has made it clear that Samsung does not have any intentions to settle with Apple and will fight till the final verdict.
Regardless of HTC’s settlement with Apple, we have no intention [to settle].
Shin also commented on the Q4 smartphone sales, which is expected to be a “high sales volume” quarter and Galaxy S IV, basically refuting all the ongoing rumors.
