Samsung may not be interested in settling with Apple but the Korean company is definitely interested in the settlement that happened with HTC a few days back. Last week, Samsung filed a request to see the copy of the agreement between Apple and HTC.
Samsung states the copy of the agreement will allow them to see the patents that were licensed and if they’re overlapping with the case against them.
Samsung expects court to give its decision by November 27.
