It’s not surprising that Samsung is working on a Galaxy S III successor but if UBS analyst Nicolas Gaudois is to be believed, world’s biggest mobile phone manufacturer may fit an unbreakable display in the next Galaxy S flagship.
According to him, the phone will be out in first half of 2013 and the volume production of unbreakable displays could be due to the new high-end device.
A recent rumor claimed that Samsung’s Galaxy S IV is known as Project J internally and will have a bigger full HD AMOLED display along with 13MP camera and a quad-core processor.
