Samsung has filed a new complaint with the US International Trade Commission (USITC) seeking a ban on sales of Ericsson products. Samsung says Ericsson’s telecommunications networking equipment infringe seven of its patents and want a ban on the sales of those equipment in the United States.

Samsung also said that they tried to negotiate in “good faith” but Ericsson is “making unreasonable claims.”
We have sought to negotiate with Ericsson in good faith. However, Ericsson has proven unwilling to continue such negotiations by making unreasonable claims, which it is now trying to enforce in court
Samsung’s complaint comes after Ericsson’s complaint with the USITC and a lawsuit for patent infringement.
