Samsung has expanded its Galaxy range with two new affordable devices – Galaxy Young (below) and Galaxy Fame (above). Both these phones will be powered by Android 4.1 OS and feature a 1GHz processor along with 4GB internal memory, HSPA, new TouchWiz, various Hub services and 1300mAh battery.
As for the features that distinguish both the devices are the screen, which is 3.5-inch HVGA TFT in the Galaxy Fame compared to 3.27-inch HVGA in Galaxy Young; 5MP camera in Fame and 3MP camera in Young, GLONASS and optional NFC in Fame; Bluetooth 4.0 in Fame and Bluetooth 3.0 in Young; and colour options which will be white and blue for Galaxy Young and white, blue, red and metallic silver fir Galaxy Young.
Both devices will also come in dual-SIM variants in select markets.
