We saw few leaked cases of the Galaxy S IV yesterday and now SamMobile has published an image of what is believed to be the first picture of the upcoming Galaxy flagship phone. In addition to the image, their source also spilled few more details related to the hardware and surprisingly, AMOLEDs that are supposed to be the highlight of high-end Galaxy devices, won’t be found on the Galaxy S IV.
Galaxy S IV will feature a 4.99-inch LCD with full HD resolution support. Apart from that, the new phone will also be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 1.9GHz processor in lieu of Exynos. Samsung has used Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoCs in select markets for their flagship phones but Exynos has been another drawing aspect in other markets.
Finally, plastic chassis will most likely be seen again but the sides will be graced with aluminium and will pack 13MP camera, up to 64GB internal storage and 2GB RAM in a slim 7.7mm shell.
Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S IV on March 14 in New York.
