Speculations about Galaxy S IV being announced in United States were rife and now we’ve got a confirmation from JK Shin himself. Mr. Shin told a Korean website that the Galaxy S IV unveiling will be at New York this time as they were “bombarded with requests from US mobile carriers.”
The demand to unveil the next flagship device shouldn’t come as a surprise since Samsung is spending heavily on marketing in the United States and also the fact that US is Apple’s home market.
Samsung unveiled their first Galaxy S device at CTIA in US in 2010 but announced the successors in European countries.
Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S IV on March 14.
