Japan court rules in favour of Apple

UPDATE: Bloomberg has shared some more details about the verdict. Judge rejected Samsung’s request to ban Apple devices sales because they didn’t negotiate “sincerely.”

Tokyo Court today ruled against Samsung in a lawsuit filed by the Korean giant against Apple. The court found Apple did not infringe any mobile-related patents claimed by Samsung.

Samsung however, hinted to take “necessary measures” to protect their intellectual property rights only after they’ve thoroughly reviewed the ruling.
