Samsung saw another decision going the other way as UK court ruled that Apple did not infringe on Samsung patents. The three patents in question were related to 3G data processing and transmission.
Needless to say, Samsung is unhappy with the decision but did say that they could file an appeal after a “thorough review of the judgment.”
