Samsung and Best Buy will try to enhance the retail shopping experience of customers from this month as both companies have partnered to setup Samsung Experience Shop in 1400 outlets of Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores in the United States. It will be a Samsung-specific store inside a store and Samsung expects to setup at least 900 Experience Shops by early May with the rest scheduled by early summer.
With the Samsung Experience Shops, we are ensuring consumers get the most of that innovation by learning how to leverage their mobile devices across our ecosystem of consumer electronics. Consumers will have one place to not only explore and learn about our full portfolio of mobile products, but also the support of a Samsung expert to help with selecting and servicing them.
Samsung Experience Shop will host a complete range of Samsung products where customers will be able to touch and experience the latest products.
Although each Experience Shop will vary in size, the largest one will measure approx. 460 sq. ft. and will have Samsung Connected Solutions that will showcase how Samsung products can connect and share with each other. Additionally, the shops will have Samsung Experience Consultants who will help customers to facilitate purchases, give product demos and so on.
