New details and a picture of Galaxy Tab 3 has surfaced on the web. The details comes via Greek site, Techblog who claims Samsung will reveal the new series in the coming days with two tablets under it – the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 3 8.
As for the specs, the bigger Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 will feature a 10.1-inch 1280×800 display and will be powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM. It will feature Android Jelly Bean OS and come with 3G and 4G LTE support, 3MP and 1.3MP cameras, 16GB internal memory, microSD card slot and 7000mAh battery.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8 will have a smaller 8-inch display bearing the same display resolution, processor and cameras. However, the RAM is stated as 2GB, which is double than what it is in the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1.
The site reckons the 3G variant will arrive in May whereas the 4G LTE tablet will release sometime in June or July.
