Specifications of Samsung’s upcoming devices like Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Ace 3 have trickled out, if you believe the Russian website, Hi-Tech.Mail.ru. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 (GT-P5200/5210) is expected to take over the Galaxy Tab 2 version launched last year and the rumoured feature set includes a 10.1-inch 1280×800 display, 1.6GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16 and 32GB internal memory options with microSD card slot, 3MP and 1.3MP cameras, Android 4.2 OS and 6800mAh battery. The upcoming tablet is expected to be available in June.
The site also claims some specs of the Galaxy Ace 3 (GT-S7270) which will have a 4-inch WVGA display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal memory, microSD card slot, 5MP main camera with front-facing VGA and 1500mAh battery.
The phone is also expected next month carrying a price of around 9,990 rubles in Russia.
