Japan court rules Samsung infringed Apple’s bounce-back patent

The never ending court battle between Samsung and Apple took another turn in the Japanese court. The court came to the conclusion that Samsung infringed Apple’s bounce-back patent that ‘bounces’ the screen when users scroll through the end of the page.

Although Samsung had changed the implementation in the current models, some of the older models infringed Apple’s patent.

Reuters says the full details of the decision will be released later in the day.
