BlackBerry’s BBM service will be available via Google Play Store but Samsung’s African unit has confirmed today that the BBM app will also be available in their Samsung Apps store.
Both Samsung and BlackBerry will lead a joint effort for the African market to showcase BBM for Android and will give consumers another messenger choice amidst a wide array of options that are already available on Android.
With BBM for Android, Samsung Galaxy users will have access to the BBM social network, including BBM chats, multi-person chats and BBM Groups.
