Samsung introduced the Wallet app in February this year and released the app in the Samsung Apps store in May. Now Samsung has expanded the availability of the app by making it available in the Google Play Store. The app seems to be limited to US for now and offers the same feature set that was available in the Samsung Apps.
The Samsung Wallet app enables users to store and manage tickets, coupons, mobile boarding passes and membership cards and even allows to set time and location-based reminders to show tickets. Furthermore, the app syncs all stored data across Samsung devices and users can even receive co-marketing offers or discover grocery coupons.
The app is available only for Samsung devices like the Galaxy S III, Galaxy S IV, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note II.
