Specifications of Galaxy Note III have leaked out again. This time the specs list comes from SamMobile and given by their insider’s info, the device will have a Galaxy Note II form factor and size with improved hardware. The Galaxy Note III will come in two variants – SM-900 (3G) and SM-9005 (LTE) and will feature a 5.68-inch full HD Super AMOLED display along with 1.8GHz Exynos 5 Octa 5420 processor and 3GB RAM.
The site also claims that the 13MP camera will support optical image stabilisation, will have 16/32/64GB of internal memory and microSD card slot and 3200mAh battery.
These specs are obviously uncorroborated but will be more or less similar given how this resonates with some of the leaks in the past.
Samsung will announce the Galaxy Note III in Germany on September 4 and is also expected to release a teaser or two to build the momentum towards the big launch before IFA.

Not big enough to replace my Note 8.0 3G unfortunately.

I deem the Note 8 the better note taking gadget due to its size. I´m feeling little cramped with the Note 2. And I hope they fixed the screen calibration when drawing near the edges of the screen…

I have experienced Note8, it is very cool – comfort in the hands, screen just enough for surfing and other activities. Very ‘mobile’ BUT ‘not pocketable’.
My Note3 designers need to consider the pocketability of the device. If the S4 just happen to have the s-pen I will think again.
I hope the FullHD screen on Note3 can make a difference.
