Earlier this month, Samsung made their intention quite clear when they said they’ll cut the price of their UHD TVs to make them more affordable. True to their word, Samsung’s 55-inch and 65-inch F9000 UHD TVs have got a decent price cut in the United States.
The 55-inch UHD TV is now selling on Amazon and other retailers for $4,499 while the larger sized 65-incher goes for $5,999. The new prices are lower by $1,000 and $1,500 respectively from the previously announced price.
To give you a quick rundown on the features, UHD TV or Ultra High Definition TV offers 4K resolution, which is four times higher than you’d find in a regular Full HD TV. Furthermore, Samsung TVs support Smart TV interface, quad-core processor, S-Recommendation engine, Smart Evolution Kit support, Micro Dimming technology etc.
