Samsung is rapidly expanding the availability of its Curved OLED TV. After announcing it for South Korea, USA and Europe in the past few weeks, Australia has become the fourth region to receive Samsung’s flagship TV.
The KN55S9C Curved OLED TV offers improved picture quality with a faster response time, self-emitting RGB sub-pixels that eliminates the need for a colour filter and deep blacks. Furthermore, the television supports full HD 1080p resolution, 3D, S Recommendation engine, new Smart Hub interface, MultiView support that allows two people to watch two different things at the same time and Evolution Kit.
Samsung will sell the TV in Australia for AU$10,999.
In addition to the OLED TV, Samsung also added two new UHD TVs – the 55-inch and the 65-inch variant which will sell for $4,999 and $6,999 respectively.
