Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy S4 mini that confirmed its existence via a leak earlier this month. The smaller version of the Galaxy S4 will sell from November on AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and U.S. Cellular.
The Galaxy S4 mini as we know is a compact-sized lookalike of Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S4 phone but is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 1.7 dual-core processor, 1.5GB RAM, 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, 8MP camera, 1.9MP camera, Wi-Fi, IR LED for Samsung WatchON, microSD card slot, 16GB internal memory, NFC, 1900mAh battery.
The phone runs Android 4.2.2 and will soon receive a software update to support the Galaxy Gear. It also comes with Samsung-centric features like Story Album, S Translator, S Voice, S Travel, Sound & Shot etc.
