ATIV S Neo is being sold in the United States via Sprint and now AT&T has announced to carry Samsung’s Windows Phone 8 device. The device will be available from AT&T from November 8 for $21 per month with AT&T Next or $99.99 with a two-year contract. The feature set of the ATIV S Neo remains unchanged and comes with a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 4.8-inch HD display, 4G LTE support, 1GB RAM, 8MP and 1.9MP rear-facing and front-facing cameras, 16GB internal memory with the ability to expand via microSD card.
The phone will also feature ATIV Beam to enable file transfer with few Android devices and 5GB of AT&T Locker storage space.
