Samsung has announced a new portable DVD disc drive for the American market. The SE-B18AB features a stylish design and comes with a slot-in system for easier loading and unloading of discs.
Samsung says the drive needs a single USB port to power and comes with AV Connectivity tool that allows the drive to act as a portable storage device when it is connected to tablets with full-size USB port. Additionally, the drive is equipped with Smart Archive Technology, Buffer Under Run technology and compatible with archival discs (ISO10995 standard).
