Samsung wowed the visitors at CES with its 105-inch Curved UHD TV and the 85-inch Bendable UHD TV and now the company has announced that they’ll release both the television sets in the second half of 2014. This confirmation shows Samsung’s commitment to release their high-end televisions first and try to get ahead of the competition.
We expect concrete details like the pricing and availability to be released sometime at or during the IFA later this year.
Samsung’s 105-inch Curved UHD TV (U9500) boasts an aspect ratio of 21:9 and offers 4 times better quality than the regular Full HD TVs. The TV also features Auto Depth Enhancer that promises improved picture quality with ‘life-like’ viewing experience.
Samsung’s UHD TVs support technologies like HEVC, HDMI 2.0, MHL 3.0, HDCP 2.2, even the existing ones, thanks to the Evolution Kit.
