Android 4.4 KitKat update for Galaxy Note 3 reaches India, South Korea

January 24, 2014 By kunal Leave a Comment

note-3-442

Samsung is slowly and gradually expanding the reach of Android 4.4 KitKat update for the Galaxy Note 3. Earlier today, Samsung began rolling out the Android 4.4.2 update for Galaxy Note 3 users using the South Korean (SKT, KT, LG U+) and the Indian variant.

While Indian users will be able to download the update via over-the-air (OTA) or via Kies, South Korean users get an additional option of updating at Samsung Digital Plaza stores.

Samsung also confirmed to rollout the KitKat update for regular Galaxy S4, LTE-A-equipped Galaxy S4 and other Galaxy models sequentially in the coming weeks.

Thanks, Mehul!
