Samsung starts rolling out Android 4.4 for Galaxy S4 in India

Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.4 update for Galaxy S4 users in India. India is one of the few countries where Samsung sells the I9500 variant and users can now update their devices to the latest KitKat update via over-the-air (OTA) or via Kies.

The update brings in improved performance along with better battery life. There are some UI changes as well, which now features a camera icon on the lock screen, new Multi Window and lots more.

The FNB3 update is about 353MB big, if you’re downloading through OTA.
